Violin made in England
From an estate sale in England, this old English Violin has a clear, beautiful and powerful tone. The arching is quite full and the wood selection is marvelous. It has unusual intricate and delicate F holes. The instrument is in excellent condition with no cracks. It has a fresh set up and new Dominant strings.
Wear and nicks consistent with age. The design is a Stainer pattern with full arching. The varnish appears to be original.
